IPM Viewer cannot open assembly files for education downloaded from Canvas

Our educational program is inclusive of Autodesk Inventor Publisher Mobile Viewer (IPM Viewer) for the iPad. Currently, teachers download the assembly files via Canvas to view in the IPM Viewer, but several of the files will not open. Are these assembly files created by Autodesk? Is there another option besides Canvas to obtain the assembly files?

From the error message, it seems there are some issue when you download the files, so the files are not download correctly.

you can go to "Model" tab, click "Edit", click the red "-" icon,  then click "Delete" to delete the files, and dowload it again.

Could you tell me where you get these files? It seems these files are not created by us.

If you just want to download some files to demo it, you can get sample files from "Gallery" Tab,

1.open IPMV

2.log in using your Autodesk 360 account (firstly you need an  Autodesk 360 account)

3.go to "Gallery" tab, click one file to download it

The files are loaded on Canvas for us to load onto the iPads and view with
Inventor Publisher Viewer.
