I've downloaded the right service pack 1 for Inevtor Publisher 2013.R1 from autodesk.com and the service pack won't install. I click to open and it and it says this patch package cannot be opened please contact vendor. I have windows 8.1 unfortunately. Still can't get publisher to open
So sorry to hear you're having issues with the service pack. I would recommend uninstalling the service pack so that you can get Publisher back up and running. Also, I will pass along the info to our QA team - I have a feeling Win 8.1 is causing this issue.
