Inventor Publisher 2013 R1 - Browser node for Sections is missing

Issue: With a 2013 publisher file open, I create a section. The section executes correctly. There are no nodes in the browser to show a section has been created. Anyone else seen this behavior?

I have tried this workflow, there is no issue in my side.

do  you meet this issue in any data or special data? if it's special data, can you send it to me?

Some clarification in the steps/process..

The model is in Vault.

1. A "Recover from Vault" was performed on the file. In at least one case, the file experienced an Assertion Fail after recovering.
2. The file was then opened in Inv. Pub.
3. A section was then created.
4. The section nodes do not appear in the browser.
5. Sometimes, the file will crash Publisher when saving it.

This occurs with a limited number of files.

It may be that the file has been corrupted in some manner.

The dataset is not able to be shared.
