When I instaledl in my computer, and after activated the product. I tried to open a ipt document, but this message comes out everytime I tried!!! See the first picture
I also have a problem connecting the vault server! The message is on pictures 2
1. for insert issue, would you mind share the ipt file for us to do investigation?
2. for vault issue, it might be caused like firewall on vault server block the access. if you also have Vault client installed on same machine as publisher, you can try if vault client can connect to vault server.
