Can't load standard part from Inventor's project file

Hi,

I try to open Inventor's assembly with project file in Publisher 2013. This assembly contain reference with standard parts from library, but Publisher can't load it.

OS Windows 7 64bit SP1

Inventor Publisher 2013 SP3 (5.3.0.31)

can you provide more information?

-What's the hardware information for the machine you used?

- your dataset is created in which inventor build?

- If possible, could you share me a file which you used to reproduce this issue?
