Can files saved in Pub 2013 R1 be opened with Pub 2013 and other questions

If I save a file in Publisher 2013 R1 can it be opened in Publisher 2013?  Is Publisher 2013 R1 compatible with Inventor and Vault 2014?

See my answer below,

1) The file saved in 2013 R1 can be opened in 2013.

2) 2013R1 supports the files from Inventor 2014.

3) 2013R1 can access to Vault 2012,2013,2014.
