Building a new Assembly

I am just starting off with Publisher and noticed it will import Inventor part files (ipt).  So before I begin learning how to use Publisher, I am wondering if is more advantageous to create the assembly directly in Publisher and bypass the assembly in Inventor?

Thanks

Ozzie

I think you'll probably want to go ahead and create the assembly in Inventor. The assembly file and the Publisher file should be associative so that any updates you make to the model will roll into Publisher. Does this answer your question?

Thanks,
