Default BOM categories?

Is there a way to change the default BOM categories?

On a new assembly when I go to fill out the BOM. Manage tab, Bill of materials,  it comes with part # , BOM Structure , Unit QTY , Stock Number, Description , REV. by default.

I really only use Part # , Description, Title, Project, and custom category SPECIFICATION (for materials or manufacture part number). I have to add the categories for every new assembly. For one assembly its not too bad, but I do a lot of assembly drawings. Is there a way to change this? Perhaps by changing the assembly and weldment templates?
