Chain dimension or ordinate dimension in sketch environment.

In order to make a  long part having holes, slots, cuts, dimensioning is cumbersome.

if can have chain dimension , it will be nicer.

It is quite useful function.

Additionally,

We need dimension auto-snap function to center, horizontally and vertically in sketch mode.

If dimensions aligned to center, horizontally and vertically in sketch mode, we make dimension easily in sketch mode and we can re-use it in drawing, so re-align dimensions work will be reduced greatly.

That's a good idea. both will improve performance in drawing.
