Task Scheduler runs External iLogic Rule

Create an External iLogic Rule then set Task Scheduler to run that rule on all files. This would massively expand the capabilities to manage any data.

We are missing this functionallity for batch iLogic rules. We would like to run an external iLogic rule on all files in a folder.
