Task Scheduler and defaults upon launch

Task Scheduler needs to do the following things:

* Stop defaulting to *.wire when looking for files to import.  Why not just have an ".* All Files" option, since almost all of the time we're electing to import just about any format to inventor.

* Stop defaulting the output file name to .FORMAT.ipt.  Example: Converting "thing.STEP" should not put out a file name of "thing.STEP.ipt".  This is especially infuriating when I'm importing massive amounts of files and I have to rename them all.  I realize I could rename them after the fact using a command, but this would avoid a step and I don't see that it being that difficult to implement.
