Source sheet note property for Sections and Details

We use a sketched symbol bubble callout on our sections and details that is divided in half horizontally and then the bottom is divided vertically. 

The top area of the bubble is the section or detail letter/number and the bottom is divided between the source sheet and location sheet.

Currently those are prompted entries. Would it be possibly to link the view properties or other properties to our sketched symbol to have this auto-populate?

I’m not sure if it can work this way, but usually when you add a sketched symbol to a drawing and you place the symbol within the boundary of the view, the symbol is tied to that view. Meaning that if you move the view the symbol moves with it.

Accepted idea [US20411]. Thanks! This is "technically" a duplicate request (as referenced below), however deals with sketch symbols (which under the covers are the same as leadered text).
