Sketcher: delete lost references; Drawing: add center marks by show axis

Sketcher:

let the lost references or other constrained entities be deleted without the need of removal the constrains firs!. What's the reason I have to delete the constraint?? First come the entities then the constraints! And speaking about that: One creates a circle, the system shows the circle as tangent to another entity (or coliniar to the center of other circle,  or coliniar to the end of other arc line, whatever) but then the designer HAS to add the constraint again. Why the system could not "remember the initial assumption???. It seems this is another half baked feature of inventor (perhaps it wanted to imitate the Intent Manager in other 3CAD app where that feature really works! )

Drawing:

Give the designer the possibility to automatically show axis of the holes shown in selected/all views. It's very annoying to create the center marks / axis for each hole
