Selection filter for "snap" equivalent when sketching

Hi,

Perhaps this exists, but after hours looking I can't find anything remotely similar.

My problem is when sketching I wish to relate lines and dimensioning to quadrants of circles.  I can get there by other ways, (i.e. dimension to the centre point and relate it to the quadrant  - but not great for workflow).

I would like to see a 'snap filter' which i can enable disable, like the selection filter, but for elements during a sketch.

Midpoint, endpoint, quadrant etc. etc.

Perhaps this does exist and someone can help me?
