Reorder Symbols in Quick access toolbox

Make it possible to change the order of the Symbols in the quick access toolbox.

And make it possible to export this so it can be distributed to several end users

I agree we should be able to re-order them.

 

It is possible to do with an XML editor like 'XML Notepad' which I have found works.

 

You can export all menu and toolbar settings which another user can import.
