A button to easily remove items from the recently used list.

An extension of the push-pin that keeps items falling off the bottom of the list would be nice, such that you can partially pull the pin out to let it drop as well as fully pull the pin to have it removed immediately.  If the "recent list" implementation is done by others (e.g. Microsoft) then this would have to be implemented as a separate utility though.
