"New Line" or "Line break" command for iProperty (to go in a parts list column)

"New Line" or "Line break" command for iProperty (to go in a parts list column)

Hello,

I'm using iLogic to fill-in the Description iProperties of my parts to go in my parts list column and I can't find a way of making it change lines at a specific place in the text..  (I'm gathering variables info from here and there in other properties and parameters, and also some standard strings of text.)

I found a post that solved this for dimensions (using the <br/> command), and others that suggested using different custom iProperties for title blocks...

Hopefully this is already possible and I just can't find the answer, but if not, I believe this would be handy.

I'm fairly new to iLogic but I've come a long way in a few months thanks to all the community posts.  I am very impressed with all the possibilities iLogic and Inventor gives us.  Thanks a lot! 🙂

Here I am 3 years later, trying to do the same thing.

See my post https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/inventor-forum/truncating-view-label-text-made-from-iproperty-text-pa...

I am trying to put a line break into the description iproperty for the model, so that it appears as multiple lines

when used in the idw view label.

I also believe this would be very handy as a standard command instead of having to resort to programming,

and fully support Dan with my vote. I am surprised that there are not more people wanting this command.
