Pattern Enhancement Suggestions

I would like the patterns in parts and assemblies to be able to:

-stagger the holes/bodies

-be able to roate the seed at a given angle (hole/body)

-use closed contours to determine the active/suppressed holes, in other words to fill the contour with holes/bodies

-establish a clearance to the contour (positive or negative)
