Option to dimension while sketching

User would like an option to have sketch geometry dimensioned automatically when drawn. Currently, if a user types in the desired dimensions for a sketch entity while drawing, the dimensions are added automatically. If the desired dimensions are not added, the user must then add dimensions in another step and type in the desired value.

If this is added there should be an option to turn it off, and the default should be off. I feel it promotes poor modeling practices.
