OLE object support

OLE object support

I continue to have difficulty with Excel objects inserted into IDW sheets.  The initial copy/paste or Insert OLE operation works OK for a small number of cells but still has a row number limitation.  If I need to update the cells changing an existing cell works but if I need to add rows they appear in the Excel  sheet but the added rows don't appear in the drawing.  This happens whether I link the Excel file or not.  Is this a limitation of OLE or is Autodesk's implementation in need of some attention?

Agreed.  We have one division that utilizes flow charts built in Inventor for "configured" type items in which they list if Option A is selected the parts X,Y,&Z are used and if Option B is used then parts 1,2 and 3 are used.

Definately needs reviewed.

Thanks!
