Model Tree - Needs to be reorganized

The Model Tree - Needs to be reorganized into a true chronological order, with the ability to re-order and roll back.

When patterns are made, the master part should not disappear from its place in the design tree.

This method also helps maintain the hierarchy in the design.

Make it more like this:
