Make attachment point pick prompt part of detail view creation

Given that it takes very little to move drawing views around when changes occur (orphaning any detail view dimensions in the process), by default there should be a prompt to pick an attachment point after placing and sizing the detail boundary.  Naturally, we'd need an option to skip picking a point, but prompting for a pick would lead to drawing views that are much more durable to changes.
