Improve Projects dialog User Interface

The current Projects dialog box require a lot of scrolling and expanding nodes to find out data. The dialog size appears to be fixed, which adds to the problem.

Often this can lead to an overlooked error, particularly with material and appearance libraries. 

A larger dialog with that would display all of the information at one time would reduce confusion.

Also, the drop down button for Configure Content Center Libraries requires an extra click to access the button. Please fix this while updating this particular dialog.
