Hole Table Enhancement

On behalf of one customer to post their request on Hole table:

The customer designed JIG&Fixtures to manufacture automotive components, there are many hole features, some of there are concentric but on opposite faces and with same diameter, but on the hole table, those hole features can't be annotated correctly.

 

See above hole table and the 3D model, the red arrow pointed hole feature didn't show on the hole table.

Holes of the same diameter on the opposite sides are not recognized correctly when they are created along the same axis. It

In the example, 2 holes of the same size (0.25) have been created on the front and back sides. Although they have different depths, only the hole on the front side is shown in the hole table

Hole tables definitely need some work. Please make sure you give this overall Hole Table revamp idea a thumbs up so we can get these Hole Tables fixed.

This shows how the Hole Table is still lagging behind almost a decade in updates. It only works for plates, and there is little we can do when compared to how much editing is allowed in BOM tables.
