Highlight Center Point of Selected Circle or Arc

When you have several arcs or circles in a sketch it can be difficult to distinguish between their center points as well as from  all other points.  I think it would add clarity if the center point could be highlighted when its arc or circle is selected. 

This could either happen automatically or--perhaps even better--there could be an option to  "Highlight Center Point" in the context menu when right-clicking on an arc/circle.
