find sketch in drawing = mission impossible

find sketch in drawing = mission impossible

there is no way to find sketches of section views or other sketches used by views or used for dimensions without scrolling through the browser. At simple drawings OK. But if you have complex drawings it´s a mission impossible to find the right sketches!

Sure it does click on the sketch in the drawing right click find in browser..

On a section just click the view then right click find in browser..

The sketch is edited by right click on section line you made the view from.

ok section view sketch is possible

but how you can find sketches with lines only visible in sketch wich are used for special dimensions or hatches. You can´t select the sketch geometry and find in browser. And the browser search function which is there in part and assembly environment is missing in drawing environment.

Well 1st you can't dimension only visible in sketch after you finish the sketch. If you are there is a bug.

As for the hatch may I ask why you do this method?

The only way you can find them is to leave the sketch visible.

What do you mean

And the browser search function which is there in part and assembly environment is missing in drawing environment.

I don't understand what is missing you have a pic of the two?
