Driven dims in sketcher

Driven dims in sketcher

Hi,

Please make the dimension operation more flexible:

in a sketch please make newly added dimension to an element which was already defined by a dimension not become driven but rather the old one to become a driven dimension. It is more logical the old dimension to become driven because the user wants the new dimension, otherwise the user would not waste the time.

AND! please solve that behaviour with disappearing dimensions on trimmed entities!!! It would be nice to see this and other accepted ideas from other users to be included in the next service pack not to wait the inventor 2016.

Thanks

Trimmed is always going to go as the referance point has been removed (not the case with extend).

As for the dimensioning I suggest you go to top left dropdown>Options>Part>3d Grips>Dimensional Contraints>Always Relax
