Center Mark - Multi-select align with edge

Center Mark - Multi-select align with edge

The below picutre shows a problem, where in an Inventor drawing when mutliple center marks are selected, the "Align to Edge" command only modifys one center mark and not all of the selected.

A user who has many center marks in their drawing must manually align them one by one, which would be time consuming, so it would be great if multiple center marks could be selected and aligned with one click.

Hi there,

Just use the centerline command, gets you there faster.

That's all well and good, but I often have bunches of holes that align with an edge but not each other, in other words they do not share a common centerline parallel to the edge in question.

And what if I don't want to show a centerline connecting all my holes that just happen to line up?

Is there iLogic that can help me select multiple center marks and apply an alignment to a selected edge?

But you forgot to also include the multi-select "Extension Lines"!
