An action when pushing right button while a model is turning in an orbit circle

While pushing right button at the same time when it is turning, it would be nice if the outside of an orbit circle can be turned, just like we drag it. I would like you to make a change so that we can save effort to turn it by moving a cursor to the outside of a circle.

The below is the image of a movement.

1. Implement Orbit.
2. Turn by pushing left button in an Orbit circle.
3. While pushing right button at the same time when it is turning, it turns around the vertical axis to the face of a screen just like we drag the outside of an Orbit circle.

Today while rotating a model in "ORBIT" command by left mouse button dragging inside of the cirlce, we cannot rotate a model around the axis normal to the screen.

So we must stop dragging, put mouse outside of the circle, then start dragging again to rotate around the axis normal to the screen.

This idea aims to delete this 2 mouse click.
