Allow LOD's to handle reference parts as well as suppressed parts

So I am constantly creating assemblies with lots of LOD's and then spending a lot of time within my drawings, further turning off parts or turing lines invisible with LOD drawing views in order to get just the view I'm looking for. It would be great if I could create LOD's in the assembly as well as set certain parts/assemblies to a "reference" state within the LOD, the reference would not affect the BOM, but it would allow me to define a different line weight or color to any parts defined as reference within the LOD, thus creating cleaner more concise drawings.
