Yes. And let those patterned holes also behave as a pattern when putting bolted connections in them.

And have Bolt Circle Diameter available in the hole note for circular patterns.

It's a great idea to add the option of placing a series of holes on a pitch circle similar to the centric placement of holes. Thoses patterned holes should indeed behave like patterned holes with the Pattern command.
