Add arrowheads to lines and splines

Sometimes a leader line just doesn't cut it...I want a long sweeping arrow built from a spline to indicate that a part has moved.

It would be great if lines and splines had a RMB option to add arrowheads at either end of the (sp)line.

This would be similar to the options of editing arrowheads on dimensions.
