Prioritize drawn lines rather then the projected geometry lines when dimensioning and constraining in sketch mode. 

The problem accurs when a line sits unon a projected line and forcing you to right click and selecting other every time.

And adding a constraint to edges should automatically create the projected edge in construction mode and not full line as is now.

Good idea, further to this it would be nice to be able to toggle off projected geometry in model and idw sketches with say a function key or combination key. Currently when you draw a new sketch line over a projected geometry line it goes 'under' and you can't see it unless you close the sketch.
