Feature Control Frame Issues

The 2010 version had the things better than 2017:

1) The feature box snapped below the line rather than above.

2) The text cursor started in the first tolerance box, not the notes box.

3) the leaders automatically snapped at 15 degree angles, rather than having to hold Ctrl.

Can these be reinstated?
