Exclude Standard Content Center Parts From "Check Out All"

When opening an assembly, there is this prompt for checking out the assembly:

If you click Yes To All, Inventor will often check out standard content center parts if they are not in a locked vault state. This leads to unnecessary versions being created for these files in Vault as well as users checking them out and keeping them checked out (if they delete or change size on those parts in the assembly before checking back in).

As a result, Yes To All is something we have to avoid where we might otherwise use it.

It would be beneficial as well as logical to make Yes To All check out everything with edits EXCLUDING Standard Content Center parts.

Perhaps a separate dialog could be added for checking out standard content center parts, but at the very least standard content center parts should be separated out from this file edit check out all dialog.

At the same time, when using the refresh content center tool, users will still need to be able to check out those with  Yes or Yes to All, but that could be handled with a separate dialog function.
