Component Priority Selection Mode In Drawings

Component Priority selection mode should be available when in a drawing view. Specifically, I want to reference the iproperties of top-level sub-assemblies in leader text like you can with parts. This would be very useful for making build instructions where the technicians don't care about anything other than highest level children (they pull pre-made sub-assemblies from the warehouse).
