Wraping projected curve to a surface

Having trouble Wraping projected curve to a surface of a cylindrical solid to make a barrel cam,

Hi! The Wrap to Surface option in Project Curve to Surface (3D Sketch) limits the curve input to 2D Sketch. Is this behavior consistent with what you are seeing? Or, you are talking about a different function?

Attach your file here.

There is a Cylindrical Cam generator in the Design Accelerators.  Much easier if your application can use this functionality.
