Worth upgrading from PNY Quadro 550XGL to 750XGL?

Worth upgrading from PNY Quadro 550XGL to 750XGL?

I'm currently using a Quadro4 550XGL without any problems. What would be
the benefits for upgrading to the 750XGL which is about the same price now
as the 550 was 2 years ago? It's not easy to compare these cards as on the
PNY site different specs are benchmarked - not a lot of good for
comparisons!

I would probably put my money elsewhere but here are the official nvida performance specs:

Thanks for the link. Do you think it would be more sense to go for the 980
instead for a bit more future proofing?

If your upgrade path is a piece at a time, that might be a good way to go.
