Wind turbine simulation but with a different

Actually I've got an idea of making some modifications inside the blade of the normal wind turbine and I want to know the change of RPM of the rotor according to the modification Then changing parameters until I get the best results.

This modification does not depend on the wind anymore but on the gravity. so I don't need to involve wind in my simulation .
Is Inventor good in simulation like this ? 

How can I involve the gravity effect ?

How can I make a part to rotate free ( only the gravity& friction affect on it )?

just click play after building the model and see an animation of what's happening
