wich kind of welding???

Hello,

I have a problem, I've got a UNP 240 and a sheet metal what needs to be welded on to the UNP. I tried all the welding options but I can't get it how I want. It needs to be a normal fillet weld but that doesn't work.

.iam file added

I need it also to be done at the other end of the UNP

The iam itself is not enough. We need the rib plate and UNP as well.

Do you need all files attached to the UNP?

Here are the 3 that are the main frame

Still missing some files but I've constrained your plate to the channel. I think you were trying to do it in one step, I've done it in two separate welds.

Please see bellow:

Hey!

Just what I needed! How have you done that? Is there any kind of tutorial for this one? I need to do that a couple times!

Thanks in advance!

Have you tried laser welding? In this welding laser beam is an intense, highly coherent beam of monochromatic light which has been amplified hundreds of times.
