Why isnt property: STANDARD available to pull into leaders and text.

I have a part from the content centre. Its a flange.

In the content centre editor, in the 'family properties' dialogue box on the front tab,

the 'Standard' of the item has a value (BS 3293).

When using this part in drawings, you can pull through the column 'STANDARD' using the column chooser in the parts list edit dialogue. This will propoagate the parts list with the text "BS 3292"

(as you would expect).

Im doing Eng design drawings (ie notes and details instead of parts list)

I want to annotate the flange with its size, description and standard.

All other properties that i require are available in the text editor. However 'STANDARD' is no where to be found!

Have anybody found solution or workaround of this problem ?

I've found workaround by myself :]

In template file Standard.iam - in BOM i added column "subject", i fill up this column (etc.ISO 4332) only when parts do NOT come from content center.

In template file Standard.dwg in Style Editor - Part List (ISO) i added property "subject", and then in format column - substitution i enabled value substitution with STANDARD property.

It works as i expected.
