Why is my sheet metal part doing this?

better shown in CF than explained. but i don't remember this behavior in previous versions. IV is taking away material on the top by the fold? please see CF. -Joe

It looks like it is corner 3 causing it. Why not just make the flange the right length to
begin with. Corner 3 is trying to make the gap even at .01

thanks for taking a look kent. i haven't tried making the flange the correct length - but i just know that i used this practice of making s.m. parts all the time (the lazy way) and it seemed to work fine. thanks again. -Joe
