I don't understand why my bend radius is coming up at .060 when I have it at .120. I've looked in my sheet metal defaults, I've looked in the individual flanges, of which there are only 2, and I'm at a loss here. Huh?
Strange... at first I was unable to change the default bend radius in your sheet metal rule. But now I can change it every time. The only thing I can suggest is that the bend radius was set at .120 but perhaps it needs to be .120 in. Additionally, make sure you click save changes. I hope this helps.
You have to update your custom Sheet Metal Rule - This is what I found.
Don't ask me why. Ask autodesk.
1) Click "Sheet Metal Default" button.
2) Click "Edit Sheet Metal Rule" Button.
3) Select the "Bend" tab in the right pane in the "Style and Standard Editor"
4) Change the bend radius from "0.120" to any size.
5) Close the "Style and Standard Editor" and "Sheet Metal Default"
6) Re-do above and change the bend radius back to "0.120"
You are now on track.
HTH
From what I can see it has something to do with your sheet metal rule.
When I change it back to the default it does become .120
How was this rule created? Did you create it yourself to some spec?
