Why Crash?

I have a few files that both the idw. & iam. crash upon trying to open. Any suggestoins as to why it crashs??? This is annoying, i know that much.

I assume you are using certified graphic card with updated drivers.

Is it possible to post the data that's crashing for you? if possible, please
send tha data to kallakuriATautodeskDOTcom
Which release of Inventor are using? R11Sp2?

Work around is to "Un load AEC Exchange Add in" and open the Assembly -
seems to work for me.

I logged an issue 869568 for this crash and sent to development for
investigation.
