Im having huge problems closing this loop during this sketch. Does anyone have any ideas? Used Sketch doctor with no luck?

The first issue shows a closed sketch which I can extrude. When I place a rectangular pattern on it it shows loads of open loops?
I would not pattern sketch enitities - I would pattern features.
Your sketch is not fully defined.

Personally I have no idea what you are making and what of that pattern is kept..what is cut, what is extruded,etc...?
Can you show a real life part of what you are modeling or something else showing what it should look like when finished..
In general model it like you would make it in the real world (as if fabricated on a CNC mill) .. Start with a simple rectangle, extrude (cut) one of the profiles then pattern the rest.
Open sketched patterns do not automatically constrain end points as you can see from your problems.
Right I have managed to do it with your help mcgyvr
I first drew a rectangle half the width of the final part then extruded it to 8mm thick
Then I sketched the first hook and placed a rectangular feature copying the hooks all the way down the rectangle. Once I did that I mirrored the rectangle to give me hooks both side and here is the finished product
Several of your sketches are not fully constrained.
And you could have saved work by using Mirror Body rather than Mirror Features.
Any whats with the split at the end to delete half the part?
