Why can't feature control frames be attached to hole notes anymore?

I used to (up till IV2009) attach a feature control frame at the back of my hole notes (for position precision).

Why does IV2010 not allow me to do so anymore? Are there any known changes made to the hole notes?

I thought this was a common workflow: attaching a control frame to a hole note. Or doesn''t anybody else have this problem?

Hmmm, you're right I can't add the Feature Control frame to a hole note either. The "Green" dot no longer appears. I just installed the Subscription Advantage Pack & Service Pack 2. I've a feeling it was working before, but that was prior to the Christmas shutdown & I can't say for sure whether or not it was working then. Any advice would be appreciated.

The fix for now is to uninstall the subscription bonus pack and SP2 for
SBP, then install the standard SP2

Thanks Dennis. I guess for now I'll stick with placing the control frames without attaching them. I hope this is the only conflict with the SBP & SP2 for SBP!
