My VAR says that all is in the works but I am having my doubts......I think

Not got mine yet, located in Northamptonshire, England. I spoke to my VAR yesterday and apparently my contract has been "manually upgraded" and I've got a new serial number.
(What's that all about I've had the same serial since IV5?)
The items were shipped yesterday - not got them yet though (it's 2pm over here).
Seriously, it is in the building, just don't get to install until SP1 of
Inv. and maybe SP1 of Vault (I don't know if there's been any issues
though).
