Where is the Usertools.msi in 2015 Inventor?

I was looking for the Cloud tool today & realized I had not installed the User tools with the Usertools.MSI file like we could do in Inventor 2014.

Are the User tools still available for 2015?

If so, anyone know how to install them?

If you dig down into

C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Inventor 2015\SDK

There is a .htm file in that location stating where you can find them on your system, which is;

C:\Users\Public\Documents\Autodesk\Inventor 2015\SDK
