What does this error message mean?

I just installed 2012 on a new machine and when I create a new part I get the error message below.  I must have copied something over incorrectly but not sure what.

That's your Part List styles.  Corrupted file would be my guess.  Is this the as-installed styles library, or one you copied from another computer?

It's as installed but the data files were created on another machine and I have been updating styles etc as I go.

What's the best way to fix it?  Can I just copy files from my old machine?  It was win XP, new machine is Win 7.

As long as it's the same version of Inventor, the files should be the same.
