Can someone tell me what these are and what they are used for?
I am thinking they are imate symbols of some sort.

Hi Cadmanto,
You're correct, those are iMate glyphs/symbols. Most Content Center parts have them by default.
I hope this helps.
Best of luck to you in all of your Inventor pursuits,

They are iMate glyphs. Whatever you have selected in that view has a couple of Mate iMates and a couple of Insert iMates. If you alt-drag one of those glyphs to geometry that fulfills the other half of that constraint type, it will constrain without the need for a dialog box. Very useful with screws, for example.
Thanks Sam.
Didn't know about the alt key.
I know now when I am inserting from the CC (hardware) it used to automatically constrain when
the mating surface was selected or hovered over. Not sure why it is not doing it now.
Thanks for the link Curtis.
That confirms what I thought they were.
I saw the ctrl-shft-Q to toggle the Mate-Glyphs but I am not seeing a way to toggle these white dots
all over my screen on/off.
